The wonder juice comprises of stevia, lemon juice, orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, grounder gingerm and cranberry juice that is unsweetened. The miracle juice is created by simmering the ingredients for 15-20 minutes and incorporating the lemon juice, orange juice, and stevia after it has cooled down. You must also take a serving of colon-caring supplement at the beginning and end of the day, in the form of two teaspoons of powdered psyllium husks, or 2 teaspoons of ground or milled flaxseeds, both mixed in a glass of water or miracle juice.</p>
<p>Finally, for the final phase of the fast track one day diet, continue with the same diet rules that you did for the first stage of the diet. These phases are known as loading, maintenance, and stabilization phase. Those who are on this diet must comply first with the loading phase for two days, then 21-40 days of maintenance and a 21 day stabilization period. </p>
<p>The Loading Phase The loading phase is the part of the diet where people must consume a lot of food for the next phase. This is one way of preparing the body to be able to overcome the next phase that requires low calorie consumption. During the loading phase, people must consume a lot of food. Even fatty food such as fried chicken, steak, beef pies and even chocolate, can be consumed altogether. Food rich in carbohydrates like bread, pasta and pizza can also be eaten in the loading phase. <p>2 lbs round steak or sirloin, *note :remove fat and cut into cubes</p>
